Ready to embark on a journey towards holistic wellness!
This comprehensive Holistic Wellness Plan is a deep and transformative experience that enhances your overall well-being, for a happier and healthier you!
This plan provides personalized guidance and support on your wellness journey towards holistic success. With a focus
on your personal and/or professional development, and integrating mental, emotional and physical health, I will support and empower you to achieve long-term success. Through tailored coaching sessions, on-going support and accountability, you will be empowered to make sustainable lifestyle changes and reach your full potential.
The plan includes a total of 12 hours, with sessions scheduled at your convenience. You can choose between 30-minute or 60-minute coaching sessions, or a combination of both. The plan also includes unlimited email support between sessions, and is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
30 minutes = 24 sessions
60 minutes = 12 sessions
