I’m a Certified Leadership Mindset Coach.  I help leaders navigate leadership development, transitions, and burnout so they can lead with clarity, confidence, and resilience.

MY STORY

I'm a Certified Leadership Mindset Coach, mom, and entrepreneur. Through my R.A.W. Method™, I support leaders in strengthening their leadership, navigating transitions, and preventing and recovering from burnout. 

 

Before becoming a coach, I spent over 25 years in legal and client relations, working in high-pressure environments that required calm leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to manage complex interpersonal dynamics. Those years shaped my leadership foundation and ability to perform under pressure.

After decades of pushing through, I eventually reached burnout.  My mind, body, and emotional state were depleted, and I needed time to recover.  That period led me into a deeper journey of self-discovery, questioning my identity beyond the career that had defined me for so long.  I realized I could not return to the version

of work that had taken me out of alignment.  Letting go of that identity was painful, but it created space for something more authentic to emerge.

​As I recovered, I began my coaching journey in the wellness space, partnering with a local clinic in my community.  Over time, my work evolved into leadership development, integrating over two decades of real‑world professional leadership experience with my coaching work.  What I’ve learned is that identity change is never linear; it unfolds through reflection, experience, and growth.

Today, my coaching brings together lived experience and professional expertise, supporting leaders in strengthening their leadership, navigating transitions, and recovering from burnout.  This is identity-level coaching.  At the heart of my work is the R.A.W. Method™ — a framework that helps leaders build clarity, confidence, resilience, and authentic leadership from the inside out.

Alongside my private practice, I have the privilege of supporting leaders and professionals across global organizations, including Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies, through my work with BetterUp.

CERTIFICATIONS

I am a Certified Professional Coach (ICF‑accredited training) and a Certified Practitioner of Neuro‑Linguistic Programming (NLP).  I also hold certifications in deep listening, guiding the coaching process, CBT‑ and ACT‑informed mindset strategies, and Positive Intelligence (PQ).

My work is grounded in over a decade of study in emotional intelligence, human behaviour, and the science of neuroplasticity, supporting the development of core leadership capabilities such as self‑awareness, emotional intelligence, and adaptability under pressure.
