A grounding, clarity‑building session to reconnect with your inner knowing and support your career-realignment journey toward authentic leadership through the R.A.W. Method™.
 

The R.A.W. Realignment Plan (6 Months)

A six‑month journey to realign your career.  Through the R.A.W. Method™, you will reconnect with yourself and what matters most, align your values and desires, and step into authentic leadership that feels renewed and intentional.

The R.A.W. Reset (1-Hour - Returning Clients Only)

A focused reset session for returning clients who need a moment to breathe, reconnect, and recenter.  Together, we will explore what feels heavy or unclear and support you in regrounding so you can move forward with calm and confidence.

MY STORY

I am a mom, an entrepreneur, and a Certified Leadership Coach.  I work with mid-career professionals who are burned out, stuck, or disconnected from their careers, and realigning their inner and outer leadership with renewed purpose, confidence, and authentic leadership through my R.A.W. Method™.  

Before becoming an entrepreneur, I spent over 25 years in legal and client relations, navigating high-stakes environments that required calm leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to manage complex interpersonal dynamics and competing priorities under pressure.  Those years strengthened my leadership skills.

After years of pushing through, I eventually reached burnout.  My mind and body were depleted, and I needed time and space to recover, to heal, to breathe.  As I slowly began to feel mentally and physically better, I entered a painful but necessary journey of self‑discovery.  Who was I at my core outside of being a legal professional?  I walked a difficult but essential path to gain clarity, reconnect with myself, offer the compassion I had long withheld, and redefine my authentic identity.

Fear and doubt were constant companions, yet I kept moving forward, determined to come back into alignment with my true self.  I launched my first coaching niche in wellness, partnering with a local clinic to support patients navigating their own challenges.  At the time, wellness was the only path that made sense, my burnout symptoms were still significant, and although I was improving, I knew I was not fully myself yet.

As I continued to heal, I knew I could not return to the legal profession.  I had been out of alignment for years, and what once served me no longer did.  Reinvention was not optional, it was necessary. Transitioning into coaching was not just a change in direction; it was a long‑overdue return to alignment with my true self.  Reinventing myself was not easy, but it was worth it.  Stepping into work that reflects my values, vision, and authentic leadership has been one of the best decisions I have ever made.

This lived experience of burnout, healing, realignment, and reinvention fuels my passion for partnering with mid‑career professionals who are walking the same path I once did, feeling stuck, disconnected, burned out, and pulled toward something more authentic to who they are.

 

As my clarity deepened, I realized that the leadership experience I gained throughout my lengthy legal career combined with my own reinvention journey, naturally guided me to evolve my work beyond wellness into the leadership and career alignment coaching I offer today.

At the heart of my coaching is my R.A.W. Method™, helping mid‑career professionals reconnect with their values and desires, align their careers, and walk forward into confident, authentic leadership.  My work is grounded in realignment, clarity, and identity‑level transformation, supporting clients as they step into leadership that feels true to who they are.

Alongside my private practice, I am also a coach with BetterUp, the largest global coaching platform, supporting professionals and leaders across diverse industries and cultures through company-sponsored professional development leadership programs.  In this work, I partner with Fortune 500 companies and global organizations across tech, healthcare, energy, aviation, and more.​​

CERTIFICATIONS

I am a Certified Professional Coach, trained through an ICF‑accredited program.  I am also a Certified Practitioner of Neuro‑Linguistic Programming and hold additional certifications in Deep Listening, Guiding the Coaching Process, and mindset strategies informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).  My work is grounded in over a decade of study in emotional resilience, human behaviour, and the science of neuroplasticity, all of which support the development of core leadership skills and authentic, sustainable growth.  Alongside my coaching expertise, I bring over 25 years of experience in the legal profession and client relations, giving me a unique perspective on navigating complex challenges, building trust, leading with clarity and intention, and driving purposeful outcomes.
