ABOUT ME

Before becoming an entrepreneur and leadership coach, I spent over 25 years in legal and client relations, where I managed high‑pressure, fast‑paced environments, complex interpersonal dynamics, and competing priorities while influencing outcomes and sound decisions under pressure.  These experiences strengthened my leadership skills and gave me deep insight into what it takes to lead with clarity, confidence, and resilience, even when life felt overwhelming.

After years of pushing through and eventually succumbing to burnout, I made a pivotal shift into coaching, a move that transformed both my career and my life.  It wasn't just a change in direction; it was the natural evolution of years spent developing leadership under pressure and mastering complexity with clarity.  Stepping into work that aligns with my values and vision has been one of the most empowering decisions I’ve ever made.  This lived experience of personal and professional transformation fuels my commitment to helping mid-career professionals create meaningful, lasting change in their leadership and their lives.

This work isn’t just what I do, it’s what I deeply believe in.  My coaching goes beyond surface‑level shifts; it’s about transformation that feels grounded, authentic, and sustainable.  I bring curiosity, empathy, and strategic leadership insight to every session, using practical tools and proven approaches that help clients build mental fitness, gain clarity, strengthen their confidence and resilience, and lead from the inside out.  Together, we create meaningful, lasting change.

CERTIFICATIONS

I am a Certified Professional Coach, trained through an ICF‑accredited program.  I am also a Certified Practitioner of Neuro‑Linguistic Programming and hold additional certifications in Deep Listening, Guiding the Coaching Process, and mindset strategies informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).  My work is grounded in over a decade of study in emotional resilience, human behaviour, and the science of neuroplasticity, all of which support the development of core leadership skills and authentic growth.  Alongside my coaching expertise, I bring over 25 years of experience in the legal profession and client relations, giving me a unique perspective on navigating complex challenges, building trust, and driving purposeful outcomes.

My Signature Leadership Plan includes a leadership intake form, readiness assessment, whole-self leadership assessment, 12 one‑hour coaching sessions, valid for six months, curated resources and tools, reflection prompts, and email support between sessions to help you integrate insights directly into your work and leadership presence.

When the plan is complete, you’ll have the option to continue with paid, flexible 30‑ or 60‑minute coaching sessions, scheduled at your convenience to support your next career chapter.

This structured and confidential process is designed to help you understand how others experience your leadership and identify opportunities for growth to strengthen your leadership presence. This streamlined 360‑style approach gathers feedback from the people who work most closely with you and synthesizes it into clear insights and an actionable development plan.

What's Included:

Stakeholder Feedback Collection

You will invite 5-8 colleagues (peers, direct reports, managers, and cross-functional partners) to complete a short, anonymous feedback form.  This ensures insight from multiple perspectives.

Comprehensive Feedback Analysis

Review of all stakeholder responses and identify key themes, including strengths, development opportunities, behavioural patterns, and blind spots.  This provides a grounded understanding of how others experience your leadership.

Leadership Insights Summary Report

You will receive a clear, structured, easy-to-understand summary report highlighting your top strengths, areas for growth, anonymous comments, key themes and takeaways.

Personalized Development Plan

Together, we'll create a focused 60-90-day leadership development plan with specific, actionable steps to support your growth.

One 60-Minute Review Session

Together, we'll review your insights and development plan in a supportive, structured session.
